GRATEFUL HEARTS
We are so thankful to know that you are compassionate about those who are hurting and partnered with us to make it possible to serve and assist them. This year, we ministered to those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, human sex trafficking and many other challenges in their lives. During the darkest points of this year, we saw God's faithful provision and His impact through Caring Harts Foundation. We want to thank you for your continued support and prayers.

SUICIDE PREVENTION
FAITH AND MENTAL HEALTH CONFERENCE

Abstract of Suicide:
There is a spiritual battle between light and darkness concerning suicide.  There are factors that increase someone’s risk for suicide e.g., age, gender, ethnicity, and marital status.
Thoughts of suicide can be caused by mental illnesses, substance abuse, personality disorder, and terminal medical condition.

When one becomes aware (awareness), of suicide they should intervene (intervention) and intervention should prompt one to prevent (prevention) which can slow the tide of suicide.

Chaplain James Hart

Addiction:
The epidemic of bondage regarding the issues of addiction, general understanding of psychological and substance addictions and how the brain is impacted, addiction patterns and cycles, models that can be used to understand addiction, signs of drug use in adolescents and the role of parents, clergies, and the community, and a message of hope that can be found despite troubling circumstances.

TESTIMONIAL
I would like to express some of my thoughts and feeling as well as gratitude for what Mental Health Restoration (CHF) has done in mine and my grandson's life. Through the spirit of discernment I believe something was lost within him, his smiles and laughter was rare, he was reaching out for something but didn't understand himself what it was, and he continued to "Dwindle". But today he is totally a different young man, there is strength, maturity, accountability, and confidence that wasn't there before.
Thank you for our renewal, this isn't the frightened little boy you met when we begin our sessions. My grandson now knows whom to believe in and what he can stand
upon. I reach out to parents and grandparents alike, when something is wrong, please follow up.
